Our Signature Single Origin is a rotating coffee we use to highlight what we’re loving right now. It’s bright, sweet, and structured, with a clean profile that feels easy to drink but still has real character.
This lot comes from Huila, Colombia and is processed the classic washed way, which keeps the cup clear and balanced. You get a red fruit lift up front, sugarcane-like sweetness through the middle, and a structured finish that stays crisp and steady without going sharp.
If you like coffees that feel welcoming but still intentional, this is a great fit. It’s the kind of cup that shows up consistently across drip, pour-over, French press, and iced coffee.

Roasted Fresh to Order
Every bag is roasted to order, never pulled from a shelf. Right now we offer two sizes, 2 lb and 5 lb, and both are roasted fresh on our monthly roast date. When you place an order you are charged at checkout and your beans are reserved for our next scheduled roast. As soon as we roast, we ship, so your coffee arrives at peak freshness. We do not keep pre-roasted bags on a shelf and there is no in-stock option. Fresh roast is the only way we do it.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We roast and ship quickly so your coffee arrives fresh. Most orders go out within two business days. All sales are final, but if anything is wrong with your order, email us and we will make it right.
