It blends a natural Brazil, a natural Ethiopia, and a washed Colombian coffee to create a smooth, balanced profile with gentle sweetness and a touch of brightness. The Brazil base gives the cup chocolate depth and sweetness. The Ethiopian component adds soft fruit and roundness. The washed Colombian coffee brings clarity and a light lift that keeps the flavor lively without introducing sharp acidity. Roasted Fresh to Order
Every bag is roasted to order, never pulled from a shelf. Right now we offer two sizes, 2 lb and 5 lb, and both are roasted fresh on our monthly roast date. When you place an order you are charged at checkout and your beans are reserved for our next scheduled roast. As soon as we roast, we ship, so your coffee arrives at peak freshness. We do not keep pre-roasted bags on a shelf and there is no in-stock option. Fresh roast is the only way we do it.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We roast and ship quickly so your coffee arrives fresh. Most orders go out within two business days. All sales are final, but if anything is wrong with your order, email us and we will make it right.
