Our Signature Decaf is for people who want the full coffee experience without the caffeine. It’s smooth, sweet, and clean, with none of the flat or harsh “decaf” vibe. Just a genuinely good cup you can drink any time of day.
This coffee starts in Colombia and is decaffeinated using the natural sugarcane process. High-scoring microlots are soaked in a natural extract derived from fermented sugarcane and naturally occurring acetic acid to remove caffeine. Afterward, the beans are cleaned and re-dried before export. The big benefit is flavor. This method avoids the high heat and pressure that can strip character from the coffee.
We roast Signature Decaf as a medium roast to keep things balanced and approachable. Expect a smooth cup with gentle sweetness and a clean finish. It works great as drip, pour-over, French press, and even espresso if you want a decaf shot that still tastes like real coffee.
If you want something you can rely on at night, after dinner, or any day you just want to cut caffeine, this is the one.

Roasted Fresh to Order
Every bag is roasted to order, never pulled from a shelf. Right now we offer two sizes, 2 lb and 5 lb, and both are roasted fresh on our monthly roast date. When you place an order you are charged at checkout and your beans are reserved for our next scheduled roast. As soon as we roast, we ship, so your coffee arrives at peak freshness. We do not keep pre-roasted bags on a shelf and there is no in-stock option. Fresh roast is the only way we do it.

We roast and ship quickly so your coffee arrives fresh. Most orders go out within two business days. All sales are final, but if anything is wrong with your order, email us and we will make it right.
